17,900 women assisted in Karnataka’s Sakhi centres but activists flag inadequacy of resources

The One Stop Centres get anywhere between 10-30 cases a month; most women need medical or legal help due to domestic abuse, are victims of POCSO cases and those who need counselling and rehabilitation.
