Ex-parte interim orders cannot be passed in a casual manner, cautions Madras High Court

The Bench says, “Courts must obtain an undertaking from the petitioners to make good the loss, suffered by the other side owing to the ex-parte interim orders, if their cases get dismissed eventually”
