Sanjay Raut claims ‘black magic’ rituals performed at Maharashtra CM’s residence

While alleging that CM Fadnavis was unwilling to move into the official residence due the “black magic rituals”, Mr. Raut questioned the implications of such an act in a State with a rich history of social reform
