The Leader of Opposition said Chief Minister Nitish Kumar-led Bihar government has failed to contain law and order situation in the State. As many as 60,000 murders, 25,000 rapes and the highest number of killings of policemen and assaults have taken place in the State during the regime of Mr. Kumar, he said in the assembly.
