Health Ministry writes to States expressing “serious concern” over non-compliance of rules under THOTA. Such non-compliance undermines NOTTO’s ability to fulfil its mandated obligations and impedes the overarching objective of augmenting organ donation rates nationwide, a NOTTO communication said.
