ED submits final complaint in Kodakara highway heist case

The ED has listed 23 people as accused in the case. The investigation agency has reportedly mentioned in the final complaint that ₹3.56 crore, which was given by one Dharmaraj for the purchase of a hotel in Alappuzha, was looted at Kodakara.
