A source in the Union Labour Ministry claims 213 unions have informed the Ministry that they will not participate in the strike, called by 10 Central Trade Unions over a 17-point demand charter, including scrapping of the four Labour Codes. The Unions say though many unions have not given strike notices, the workers will take part in the strike
