Over 83% voters have submitted their enumeration forms as part of Bihar SIR, says Election Commission

Only 11.82% of electors now remain to submit their filled-in enumeration forms and many of them have sought time to submit these documents in the coming days; the poll body has set July 25 as the last day for submission
