Assault on police driver: Kerala HC tells magistrate court to give copy of statement to former DGP’s daughter

A case was filed against Snigdha Kumar for allegedly attacking the police personnel in 2018. She, in turn, had filed a case against him alleging that he uttered obscenities and outraged her modesty
