ED’s ECIR need not be quashed just because FIR has been set aside, rules Madras HC

Justices S.M. Subramaniam and V. Sivagnanam say ECIRs cannot be quashed automatically after the setting aside of FIRs booked by other investigation agencies for the predicate offence
