Four killed as speeding car hits them in Dehradun

Senior Superintendent of Police, Dehradun, Ajay Singh, said the incident took place near Uttaranchal Hospital where a Mercedes with Chandigarh number plate, moving at a high speed, hit four workers and a scooter
