HC raises concern over terminally ill prisoners, directs State to act on 2010 advisory 

The 2010 advisory of the Union Government says that any prisoner identified as suffering from a terminal illness shall be either granted bail, parole, furlough, or put under house arrest or in the custody of their family members for their treatment
