High Court orders on Assembly ruckus, KFON even out gains for both fronts in Kerala

Court’s quashing of criminal proceedings against three Congress legislators in the Assembly ruckus case of 2015 comes as a moral victory for the Opposition. LDF derives some comfort in the HC’s dismissal of Satheesan’s plea for CBI probe into the implementation of KFON, a flagship scheme of the front.
