Madras HC summons four DCs, three ACs, and six Inspectors for delay in investigation

Justice A.D. Jagadish Chandira wants to know why police officials neither perform their duties nor obey court orders. The 13 police officers have been asked to explain why the probe had not been completed so far in a cheating case registered in 2020
