Mumbai sessions court frames charges against former RPF constable with murder of four persons

On July 31, 2023, Chetan Singh Chaudhary allegedly shot dead four persons including three passengers and one of his senior colleagues, an RPF Assistant Sub-Inspector, in a moving train
