No food or water since morning, say residents of submerged colonies in Vijayawada

We’re running out of milk, medicines and water, lament the dwellers, adding that if they had been alerted beforehand, they would’ve at least stocked up the essentials; around 30,000 families, mainly daily wagers, live in the flood-hit areas
