Notorious inter-State robber attempts to escape in Hubballi, police shoot him in the legs

The Hubballi Dharwad Police on Saturday have shot a notorious interstate criminal Pala Venkateshwar Rao alias Kalyankumar from Andhra Pradesh in both the legs when he tried to escape by attacking the police personnel who had arrested him.
