Odisha forum urges Parliamentary Committee on OBC welfare to bat for national caste Census

Despite comprising 54% of Odisha’s population, the OBC receive 0% reservation in education, says Samajika Nyaya Abhijan, an Odisha-based forum comprising of different political parties and social organisations
