Supreme Court allows CBI to relieve head of SIT probing Manipur killings

The Supreme Court had ordered the CBI to constitute an SIT in 2017 to investigate the killings in Manipur; the court was hearing a PIL seeking a probe into 1,528 cases of extra-judicial killings
