Syro-Malabar Church announces new archbishop of Changanassery, bishop of Shamshabad

Mar Thomas Tharayil appointed as the archbishop of Changanassery and Mar Prince Antony Panengadan as the bishop of Shamshabad at the 32nd synod of bishops of the Syro-Malabar Church
