The two accused have been arrested based on warrants issued by the Tamil Nadu Police in connection with multiple bomb blasts since 1990s, say Kurnool Range DIG and Annamayya district SP; the police have also seized a large quantum of explosive material, terrorist literature, and other incriminating documents
