Six-member team to inquire alleged medico-negligence by Puttur doctor who left surgical mop inside woman’s body after C-section

After a CT scan found the surgical mop inside her stomach, an immediate surgery was done to remove it and save the woman’s life. However, the doctor, who did the C-section, refused to admit his negligence and pay compensation.
