Threat to national security, sovereignty grounds to deny foreigners entry and stay, Immigration Bill says

The Bill repeals and replaces the Foreigners Act, 1946; Passport (Entry into India) Act, 1920; and the Registration of Foreigners Act, 1939; the Immigration (Carriers’ Liability) Act, 2000 will also be repealed
