Union Budget 2025: Double allocation for employment generation scheme

The Labour Ministry’s allocation has been hiked from ₹18,307.22 crore in the Revised Estimates of 2024-25 to ₹32,646.19 crore in this Budget; bulk of the allocation is for the New Employment Generation Scheme
